I'm Corina Violette. For 17+ years I've turned messy operations and big ideas into working systems — pricing models, automations, dashboards, and AI workflows that actually run.
I came up director-level in travel and vacation ownership, where I learned a strategy deck doesn't fix anything until someone builds the thing behind it. So that's what I do: find the inefficiency, design the system, and hand you something that keeps running after I leave.
I've always been the one who spots where things drag — the slow process, the manual workaround, the step nobody questions anymore. I can hold a business end to end: the logic underneath it, where it breaks, and what it would take to scale. What I couldn't always do was build the fix myself — the tech was the wall.
AI changed that. Instead of fearing it the way most people do, I learned to work in tandem with it — turning ideas I could once only describe into systems that actually ship. And that's exactly where most businesses stall: not on the vision, but on where to even start. Closing that gap is the whole job.
